Where do you ship to and what carriers do you use?
We ship to any non-military addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states. We generally ship via USPS or FedEx, though larger items such as playtables and furniture and any items sent to you directly by the manufacturer ships via the carrier of their choice.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on everything we sell except for clearance items. Returns must be sent within thirty days of your purchase date. Please return our merchandise back to us unused and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may not receive full credit if your items are not in saleable condition.
We replace defective items and items damaged during shipping; please contact us for details.
You must contact us directly for a return authorization number and return address information prior to making the return. Outbound shipping fees and restock fees are non-refundable.
